Adirondack Saddle Tours Inc. has offered horseback riding in the Adirondack wilderness for over 20 years and offers some of the best horseback rides in the northeast. I, John Evans owner and founder of Adirondack Saddle Tours have been riding horses on the trails for well over 45 years and have been in the business for 25 years. We have some great guides working for us, some have taught riding for over forty years. Here, our main goal is to give you a safe and enjoyable experience.

We are now getting more involved with different Therapeutic riding, so anyone interested please calls us. We offer exceptional deals to the handicapped, we'd love to work with you.

We keep our horses year-round, some we've had for many years. This helps us to fit the horse's personality to the experience level of the rider. I am partial to the gaited horses such as the Tennessee Walkers and Saddle Bred, they have such a smooth and enjoyable ride.

We offer many different rides from 1 hour to 5 1/2 hour rides, catering to your needs, we will do any length of ride you wish. On our rides we can stop for a quick snack or on longer rides such as Cascade Falls, The Meadows, Cascade or Moss Lake we can even stop and Barbecue! We even will trailer out to Big Otter Trail head in Old Forge or up North to the High Peaks. The amount of different rides we can do in almost limitless! All rides include one free printed picture and all other pictures taken can be emailed to you. Let us show you a memorable time on horseback in the Adirondacks.
